Various areas around the village are maintained by volunteers including the War Memorial and the church grounds. We are very proud of the Chipping in Bloom stone which commemorates the Britain in Bloom Gold Award in 2009.  This was sponsored by the Steam Fair and forms an iconic landmark at the entrance to the village. There are also attractive floral displays at both of the other main entrances to the village maintained by volunteers.

Most importantly what really helps Chipping to bloom is the work of residents, local businesses and other community groups, who put out their own flowers and plants.
